Not possible to publish XSAT Training Packages
Resolved - This issue is now resolved. XSAT training packages (with targeting "Anyone with a link") can now be published again.

Investigating - We have identified an issue with creating XSAT Training Packages. Publishing these packages with targeting "Anyone with a link" currently results in an error:
Failed to save training package!
We will release an immediate fix and inform you when this comes live.

External API (api.hoxhunt.com) access issue
Resolved - This issue is now resolved. The external API is now fully accessible again using the same connection settings.

Identified - We have identified the issue and are releasing an emergency fix. We will inform when the fix has come live.

Investigating - Accessing the external API is resulting in 404 error at the moment. We are looking into the cause and an immediate fix.

Resolved - This issue is now resolved. Data on the Sense platform is available again.

Identified - Users that are making login requests to any of our platforms from certain IP addresses/ranges are currently getting the following message:

It seems we are preventing you from accessing this page.

We are aware of this issue and we are working on an immediate fix.
