Update - We have received first reports from affected users that the issue has been resolved.
We don't yet have an official statement from Microsoft about the rollback's being fully completed so it's possible some users are still affected.

We keep monitoring the situation.

Monitoring - Microsoft has initiated a rollback a moment ago. There's no estimate on how long the rollback takes but Microsoft rep will update the following thread when the rollback is complete.

Identified - Hoxhunt has received few reports about Hoxhunt button not loading properly in Outlook 2016/2019 clients (Windows desktop).

We have identified the likely root cause to be on Microsoft's side, in a component that provides the Outlook add-in framework for add-ins (Hoxhunt included).

The issue has been reported to Microsoft.

Update - We will be undergoing scheduled maintenance during this time.

Scheduled - Due to security improvements to a core component of our Insights portion on Monday 26th of February 07:00 - 11:00 (GMT/UTC) the dropdown menus will be unavailable due to a caching issue when updating the version.

No other components are affected during this time.

Resolved - We've released a fix that will allow users to resume their training package from where they left off.

Investigating - Users who pause a training package are currently unable to continue them as an error is thrown when answering the next question.

Our development team is currently working to provide a fix.

We hope to retain the achieved progress for that specific training package but unfortunately cannot guarantee this at the time.
